At Catalogueartisti, we are committed to your satisfaction with our garden lighting and irrigation systems. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be processed.

Service Cancellations

Before Installation

You may cancel your service order before installation begins. Cancellation terms are as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before scheduled installation: Full refund of deposit
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before scheduled installation: 50% refund of deposit
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before scheduled installation: No refund of deposit

After Installation Begins

Once installation has commenced, cancellation is not possible. You will be responsible for payment of work completed and materials used.

Product Returns

Unused Components

Unused lighting fixtures, irrigation components, or system parts may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

• Items are in original packaging and unused condition
• All accessories and documentation are included
• You provide proof of purchase
• Items were not custom-ordered or specially manufactured

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Defective Products

If you receive defective or damaged products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for replacement or repair at no additional cost. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment defects discovered after installation.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Installed systems and components
• Custom-designed or specially ordered items
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
• Electrical components that have been connected or tested
• Cut or modified pipes, wiring, or fixtures
• Service fees for consultations and site assessments

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims for installed systems should be reported as soon as issues are discovered. We will assess the issue and determine if it is covered under our installation warranty or manufacturer warranty. Covered issues will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your installation, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and ensure the system meets your expectations.

Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized in advance. To initiate a return:

1. Contact us via email or phone with your order details
2. Explain the reason for the return
3. Receive a Return Authorization Number
4. Package items securely with the authorization number
5. Ship to the address provided by our team

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different fixtures or components if the items are unused and in original condition. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we will provide instructions based on your specific situation.
